2025 was fast, full, and genuinely exciting.
It was a year that challenged us, stretched us, and ultimately reminded us why community sits at the heart of everything we do at Element8. From team growth and training initiatives to major technology releases and community milestones, this year set a strong foundation for what’s next.
Growing the Team, Enabling the Community
This year, we welcomed five new team members, each bringing fresh energy, expertise, and perspective. Meet our Team.
We also launched our Customer Enable Program, a free training initiative designed to support both partners and end-users on their Ignition journey. The response exceeded expectations. More engineers upskilled, more certified partners across the ecosystem, and more people actively investing in building better, smarter solutions.
The takeaway?
The community isn’t just growing, it’s accelerating.
ELEV8: Three Locations, One Community
ELEV8 was a major highlight of the year.
Across three locations, we saw packed rooms, honest conversations, and a shared focus on learning, collaboration, and progress. These events continue to be one of our favourite ways to connect with the community, face to face, without the noise.
ELEV8 also gave us the opportunity to celebrate the partners who continue to push the ecosystem forward. Congratulations again to our Top Partners for 2025:
Advansys, Afrilek, Integ, Concera, and Darner
And a special moment worth calling out: Concera made history by becoming the first Firebrand Award winner in Sub-Saharan Africa. A massive achievement, and a proud milestone for the entire region.
A Standout Success Story: Döhler & INTEG
2025 also delivered one of our favourite success stories.
The Döhler and INTEG case study, powered by Ignition and Sepasoft, is a powerful example of what happens when world-class technology meets world-class integration. It’s a story of real operational impact, scalability, and smart architecture, and a clear reminder of what this ecosystem is capable of.

A Big Year for Technology
On the technology front, the momentum didn’t slow down.
This year saw the release of Ignition 8.3, the introduction of Ignition Solution Suites, the launch of Canary 25, and the debut of our own Ignition Pricing Tool. Each of these releases brought meaningful improvements, helping integrators and end-users design, deploy, and scale with greater clarity and confidence.
Looking Ahead to 2026
We’re heading into 2026 with real energy and focus.
Next year, we’re looking forward to:
- New and expanded training, built on a refreshed Ignition course structure
- Supporting more partners on their journey to Premier, as they grow and mature
- Continued community growth and momentum
- And new industry-specific resources, rolling out early in the year
