The Power of Community is Coming to a City Near You!
A manufacturing execution system (MES) controls, tracks, and documents the transformation of raw materials into finished goods in real-time. MES systems can track production by the second and, in some cases, less than one second.

01
Control

Define machine settings and production material amounts to manufacture a specific product accurately. Provide an efficient means to manage and select recipes, track variances in recipe values, keep recipes secure, track recipe changes, analyse recipes, generate recipe reports, and more!

Product traceability, real-time inventory management, and operations management tools for your industrial processes. Build in error-proofing and record the material, equipment, personnel, and processes utilised on your plant floor.

02
Track

03
Document

Manage production-related documents critical to safety, quality, and overall production efficiency.

Sepasoft FAQs

Ignition Edge has more limited functionality than the standard Ignition platform. It doesn’t have database connectivity and only provides 35 days of internal storage for historical data and event logging. Plus, it supports only one tag provider, operates a single Ignition project at a time, and doesn’t support standard Ignition modules.

Both Edge IIoT and Edge Panel offer unlimited tags, device connections, MQTT data publishing, script execution, REST API creation, data synchronisation with a central server, and functioning as an EAM Agent Gateway. The Edge Panel also includes local visualisation and control features, perfect for local HMIs or remote systems. It supports Perspective (2 sessions) or Vision (1 local client, one remote client). Edge IIoT does not offer visualisation capabilities.

No. Ignition Edge IIoT is meant to integrate with a central Ignition server for best results, supporting data synchronisation with a centralised system.
